General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to do Electrocardiogram a blood count and lipids. Meantime check the blood pressure. Also make a consult with Cardiologist. Because of family history of heart attack you should evaluate his condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
