Do Bio-identical Natural Hormones Cause Loose And Saggy Skin?

I am age 59 and I never took bio-identical natural hormones. My skin is loose and sagging. I am a pretty woman with beautiful features. I have turned to jelly like flab on my stomach and legs. I am always so tired 24 hours a day!!!!! If I had taken hormones would my skin not have gotten loose? or if would my muscles still be firm? and not tired? Is there any real way to tighten my skin again at this point? Also my brain fog is terrible. used to have an almost photographic memory. A doctor on Dr Oz said dont take hormones later at age 59 if you didnt take them when you first lost your hormones. This could make your brain function worse? PLEASE HELP DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hormones don't have a drastic effect on the sag of the skin.
I suggest you get back to doing some toning exercises for your body which will give you a firm look. The exercising will also pump up the blood circulation on your face and give you a genuine glow. It will also improve your memory. I suggest review your nutrition quotient and modify it accordingly to meet your nutrient deficiencies if at all. Deep breathing exercises and meditation will also help you drastically. You could also start collagen supplementation daily for the collagen boost. Doing some antiageing skin treatments will take care of your skin sag as well.
I understand it can be quite upsetting to experience this, but you are a gorgeous 59 year old who is doing phenomenally well.
