Do Terbinafine HCL And Clotrimazole Cause Weakness?

i had surgery on 01/25/2017 to remove my toe nail on both big toes.. i was given terbinafine hcl 250mg and i started clotrimazole 1% cre taro usa on 02/06/2017.. i take vitamin D, flaxseed, complete multivitamin and belviq 10 mg..since the surgery i have been very tired and week are their any side effects that will cause this

It may be due to infection or side effects to anesthesia or oral taking drug side effects. Other possibilities like infection, electrolyte imbalance or post traumatic depression or anemia.
