Hi,

Propysalic Nf is a steroid and long term use can affect the skin texture. Application of steroid and lonax will not affect your facial skin when applied on your scalp. I would suggest you to periodically visit your dermatologist for any drug change and treatment of side effects.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
