Do Hydrocodone And Prednisone Affect Semen Quality?

I am very health for the last three months, just two days ago, suddently pain for the whole right leg. the doctor said that some nerve was stretched, so I was given Hydrocodone and prednisone for a week.But my wife want to have a baby this month. will my sperm cause any defects for the baby. i am worried that we can not get a healthy baby if I took these medicines

Regarding your question, I would like to calm you down, and tell you not to worry because neither Hydrocodone or Prednisone do not affect semen quality, if taken for short period of time and in the appropriate dosage. I would otherwise advice you cessation of the use of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol in order to improve the quality of your semen.
