Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Timolol eye drops may interact with Amlodipine. When used in the form of eye drops some amount of Timolol may get absorbed into systemic circulation through the nasolacrimal duct (tear duct which drains into the nasal cavity) and may interact with Amlodipine which may cause additive effects in lowering blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heartbeat. You should consult your doctor immediately if you develop these symptoms and they do not go away after a few days or they become troublesome.
