Do Amlodipine And Indapamide Cause Difficulty In Conceiving?
My husband and I are trying to conceive and I m wondering if any of his meds have side effects that could prevent us from getting pregnant. We have 2 children already and it took no time at all to get pregnant with them. It s been 4 months this time with no luck. He is on a couple new meds...amlodipine 10 mg and indapimide
Both of this medicine does not appear to have any effect on fertility.
So I understand this is not the reason. However it is not uncommon to fail to conceive for few months.
It happens many times an does not mean infertility. One helpful tip for pregnancy is to have intercourse on fertile days these are the mid-cycle days of a lady.
You can count them as 14 days before the menstrual cycle. These few days are important for conceiving. If still not in a few more months you can see your doc.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
