Discomfort In Chest, Fluttering Heart, Hand Sweats, Fatigue, Dizziness. Anything Serious?

hi sir i m 20 years old 6 feet 102 kg. i have chest discomfort and heart fluttering.Besides skipping a beat, hand sweats at night while laying down and i feel less energy than before and if i work more than feel dizzy.Its all start 3 months before.sir i m worried please help me....is thi all related to chest discomfort or something else.sir please help me.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Your history of illness is very ambiguous because you stated that there is a skipping beat ( but ,who told you, how can you say ,that you are missing a heart beat?).
What type of discomfort ,you are having in the cheat , please clear it.
Your weight is very high according to height ,so try to reduce it at least 20 kg .
Since you are feeling discomfort in chest and skipping a beat , you should get in an ECHO of heart and then consult a Cardiologist and get his opinion.
