Suggest Remedy For Pin & Needles In Hand With Hot Flashes

symptoms:Fainting Intermittent fatigue Persistent fatigue Exhaustion Lethargy Cough Dizziness Muscle weakness Feeling of falling while sitting (has happened 3 times)Rapid heartbeat while resting Headache Insomnia Memory loss Forgetfulness Loss of train of thought Difficulty concentrating Cold hands Cold feet Sudden tiredness Sudden hot flashes Pins and needles feelings in hands and bottoms of feet Heart and brain have been ruled out as well as diabetes, anemia and blood pressure. All labs normal.

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of anxiety related neurosis.I advise you to get CT Brain,nerve conduction studies immediately to confirm the diagnosis.You may need drugs like Anti anxiety drugs,SSRI s,anti hypertensive drugs,lipid lowering drugs.Drugs like Pregabalin will relieve your nerve related pains.I advise you to get stress management.Avoid stress and anxiety.Meditation,yoga,breathing exercises can be very much useful in your case.Exercise regularly for 30 min.Consult your doctor for followup and expert management.
