hi i am 38 years old homemaker i have some discomfort in my chest and flatulance and sometimes belching and feel fatigue crave for food ,sweets especially sometimes i feel my mouth has become dry i need water immediately otherwise i will faint.i consulted a physician she has given me metrogyl 400 cetrizine and rantac now after taking this my stools have become hard and feel very low pls advice

Hi,
There might be some side effects of metrogyl giving rise to this problem.
After finishing this course if your problem persisted then go for testing for,
1, diabetes,
2, EkG to rule out any cardiac ailment.
