Discomfort Behind Knee After Exertion

I noticed the other day I was sitting in the car for 35mins then was at the store for like 1-2hrs then was in the car for 15mins and stopped somewhere else and shopped for like 30-45mins then had 35ish min drive back. then I noticed I had a weird feeling behind my knee, like I had a piece of tape stuck to it, but I didn't. and I wasn't sure if it was just poor circulation or that at this point I really haven't even drank much water but it only did this for like 30mins at max and it was when I got out of the car to walk around is when it felt like tape was sticking to the back of my knee, this is the 2nd time that this has happened to me so far so it happens very rarely.

Hi,
It seems that due to long driving anmd knee joints remained in one position might have caused some stiffness of muscles of knee joints giving rise to this problem.
Nothing to worry.
If you are elderly then there might be degenerative changes in your knee joints producing this problem.
Do patellar exercise daily.
Do physical exercise like walking, swimming, slow running daily and regularly.
Ok and take care.
