Difficulty In Erection, Headaches While Masturbation. Reason?

hello, I have some questions on infertility. Of late I am having problems occasionally with erection while having sex although not while masturbation. Also, sometimes I get headache if I masturbate. Last 3-4 years due to lack of sexual intercourse my masturbation frequency was sometime 2-3 times a day. Please suggest what to do

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have difficulty in getting hard erection. This is most likely to be due to frequent masturbation almost 2-3times a day.
One does get erection on masturbation because of stimulation of penis due to pressure or squeezing of the penis by hands while doing masturbation while you do not get the same level of stimulation while having intercourse and this could be the reason for not getting erection while having sex..

The head ache that you are getting after masturbating is not related to masturbation but could be due to something else or due to anxiety,
