HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The term which is used here "Walking Pneumonia " may be a local or slang word, any way it may not be pneumonia, it is more seems allergic constitution in such condition bronchus gets constricted and causes difficulty in breathing, the best way to come out of this is Inhaler. steroid containing inhaler would give very good result, if the condition persist then investigation may require, take care have nice day.
