Did Total Knee Replacement. Have Trouble With My Paralyed Right Diaphra. Can You Tell Me What Requirements Might Help?

Hi, I am in my 3rd day of post op total knee replacement. As painful as that is and can be, I'm having more trouble with my paralyed right diaphra getting in and out of ved and lying down, it is sometimes very scary because I struggle to catch my breath. I have heard that there are things that can be done these days to help with this, but you need to meet certain requirements. Can you tell me what those requirements might be?
