Did I Stretch A Muscle If I Have Shoulder Pain, Burning Sensation In Shoulder And Tingling Fingers?

i was having alot of pain on my left shoulder when i was rushed to the hospital, they found nothing but said i had severe muscle spasm. now, when i tried to crack my back/ shoulder, im getting burning sensation on my left back shoulder, along with a tingling on my fingers.. could that be that i stretched the muscle out

Here are some general treatment measures which you can follow:
1) Provide complete rest and avoid overhead activities.
2) Apply hot compresses and take some anti inflammatory pain killer after consulting your doctor.
Taking muscle relaxants will also help with your symptoms.
