Diagnosed With Subconjunctival Hemorrhage. Is Taking Xarelto Causing Hemorrhage And Will It Affect Improvement Rate?

Was diagnosed w. subconjunctival hemorrhage (left eye) by my optometrist last Friday. I also take xarelto, for about 6 months now. Optometrist said the eye should improve in about a week; if not, to call my cardiologist. If the xarelto is causing the hemorrage, will that affect the improvement rate? thanks.

Infact for subconjuctival hemorrhge you do not need any treatment.Only thing it will take little more time to resolve.Xerelto is anticoagulant. It may improve the condition. You have to inform the doctor about the drug in any future treatment.Prolong use of xerelto is not advisible.
