Diagnosed With Genital Warts, Undergone Cryo. Is Using Aldara Safe?

I have been diagnosed with genital warts, they were small and looked like skin tags for the most part. I've undergone cryo about 4 times (been about 2.5 months) and now I'm using aldara cream. I have very little bumps, they are circular and look somewhat like fordyce spots, or normal bumps. Of course, I just don't want to pass them up as nothing and then find out they are small warts. Is using aldara on them, whether they are warts or not, going to cause a problem? If I put aldara on a fordyce spot, will nothing happen, or will it turn red and scab like it did with a few of my 'warts' (I use the term wart loosely because I'm not sure if they were actually a wart)

Good Day!

Just wanted to ask if your circular fordyce spots/ normal bumps look anything like your previous genital warts?

The use of Aldara on normal skin may have some reactions the most common of which is itching and irritation. Aldara of genital warts is applied 3 x per week (e.g Mon Wed Fri at bedtime and washed off immediately upon waking up in the morning). Make sure you apply thinly on the affected area and wash your hands after touching the medicine.

I Hope I have answered your question and thank you for being with healthcare magic.
