As it is EMG report, Doctor may indicated the Radiculopathy L4 and L5.
Radiculopathy is a consequence of nerve root damage by any cause like compression, disc extrusion, prolapse etc..
Lumbar radiculopathy may cause pain in Buttock and may radiate to thigh leg and foot.
It a better to take the MRI spine to identify the cause or radiculopathy.
Physiotherapy is usually helpful.
Surgical invention like discectomy may be needed.
You can take NSAIDS and muscle relaxants for pain.
As for your
fibromyalgia is concerned, at present there is no cure for this disease.
still now cause for this disease is under research. Scientists proposed it as genetic or infective. But not yet confirmed.
Fibromyalgia patients are affected by plenty of symptoms including,Body pain, fatigue, headache, dizziness,
sleeplessness etc..
Only symptomatic management and lifestyle modification are helpful in this disease.
If possible do
Aerobic exercise and get proper sleep even if you feel un sleepiness. eat healthy foods.
Do yoga and meditation to get relief from fear and to develop your internal strength to face the disease.
