Diagnosed With PCOS. USG Done. What Are My Chances Of Conceiving?

hi, i have just been diagnosed with poly cystic ovaries my Tsh Fsh and random glucose all are in range and according to u/s report my endometrium measures 7.8 mm,right ovary 3.7* 2.1cm left ovary measures
2.8*1.2 cm and largest follicle seen in right ovary measuring 1.0*0.9 cm and today was the 13th day of my menstrual cycle. I want to ask that what are the chances of conceiving with these reports are my reports normal?

Hello,
For conceiving the minimum size of follicle should be 18-22 mm.
Any size below this generally doesn't result in conceiving.
In females who are on fertility medicines the size of follicle should be more at around 25-28 mm.
With your current size at 10 mm,the chances are very less.
