Dear Friend.
Conn's syndrome is a common cause for young
hypertension.
You need your blood pressure be strictly controlled , before they effect your
kidney, eye and blood vessels of heart and brain.
You should follow these medicines , keeping a check on your serum pottasium levels.
In conn's syndrome , serum pottasium is usually low , and ACE inhibitors and
spironolactone both increase the pottasium level as a side effect , but this sid effect maybe bebeneficial for you.
But keep a check on serum pottasium , levels also shouldn't cross the range.
To best of my knowledge , there is no known effective natural remedy that can control your disease without taking these medications.
In case you adapt any natural way, do consult your primary physician first.
Stay Healthy
