Developed Temperature. Taking Levofloxacin And Sinarest. Had Protected Sex With Sex Workers? Cure?

With due respect to your services, requesting you to give me a reply as soon as possible. Wouldn't want to disclose my name.

I stay in koramangala, Bangalore. Age 26. I have had protected sex(2 condoms) with 3 different girls in 2 weeks. Salivary fluid exchange happened with only one of them. All 3 are sex workers. During the third week I suddenly developed a temperature of 101 overnight. Consulted my family doctor. Have been on levofloxacin and sinarest for the last 2 days and with very little change in the body condition. Kindly advise.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have protected vaginal sex with sex workers over a period of three weeks and is now getting high fever and chills.
Though you had protected sex but had exchange of saliva during sexual act possibility of acquiring HIV can not be ruled out with confidence.as there are instances of getting HIV with only salivary secretions without sexual intercourse..
Please get your screening test for HIV done now and repeat the test after 3 months to be sure about it and to be free from anxiety.
