Dear
Thank you for sharing your concerns in HCM
Getting a job is not at all difficult for talented people.
The question you should ask self is 'am I talented?'
Find out in which aspect you are talented.
People get jobs without talents even.
Know your talents, strengths, weaknesses etc
Polish your talents and strengths and change weaknesses into strength.
A life style training program should help you.
Wish you a good future

Psychiatrist Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

I can understand your problem. You are very insecure about getting a job. Due to a personal tragedy you were in depression and this is the reason you remained behind. But in life one has to keep moving. You can't rationalize your failure due to the tragedy. Please consolidate your resources and knowledge. Start believing in your self and you will surely get through all problems. Regarding the tattoo and job, it depends upon employer policy and they will get yourself checked for Hepatitis B,C and HIV for pre employment checkup. Tattoo can be removed by Laser also. Hope it helps.

Thanks
Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi, MD

Psychologist Dr. K. V. Anand's  Response
Dear billy.
you are just very young for such thoughts.
Understanding life takes time.
Everybody gets sad and distressed when somebody close dies.
Why call it depression?
It is natural sadness.
Our body and mechanism can tolerate such incidents in the course of time.
But apprehension needs to be controlled.
Contact a qualified counselor and request advice.
Wish you good future.
