Delayed Periods With Only Little Spotting And The Pregnancy Test Came Back Negative. What Could Be This?

I've been sexually active since October, my last period was October 25-30. I continued to be sexually active but I did not get my period in November I took 2 pregnancy test and they were both negative. Now in December on the 10th I noticed blood in my underwear and some spotting but my urine is normal but when I wipe there's blood like my period and I wear pads and there not a whole lot in my pad I'm very worried. What is it?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Well first of all pregnancy will still have to be ruled out, this is best done at the doctors. If pregnancy has been ruled out an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis and a blood investigation to check on hormone levels may be required.
