Delayed Periods, Have Symptoms Of Being Pregnant, Have Brown Red Spots. What Could This Be?

In September my period came late and only laste a day.(usually last 4) And then in October i didn't get any period at all. Then like 3 days ago when i wiped i had brown blood,next day the same thing and then when i wiped it was red like blood. The next time i wiped it was back brown and has been brown since. I have symthoms of being pregnant i took home pregnancy test an they said negative. My cycles are usually on time an regular. Could you please help me? Thanks!

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Yes, pregnancy could be one possibility which will have to accurately be ruled out by a doctor, but I feel infections, hormonal imbalances, etc; are mire likely. Which is why I woud suggest you to schedule a visit to your doctor at the earliest and get elaborately evaluated.
