Hey,

Congratulations, first of all, parenthood something needs to be celebrated. I understood your concern,

1. Crying in the neonatal period is normal, unless baby cries persistently, need not worry much about it.
2. Can be given, no absolute contraindication regarding it
3. It depends on the babies weight and gestation, however, generally I suggest to give 40-60 ml 2nd hourly
4. Personally, I recommend the parents who visit me not to use bottle even thou sterilisation and as a last resort, you can.
5. As much as baby demands, take lactation specialist help if still, you have concerns with the breastfeeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr RAVI, Pediatrician
