Dear Sir/Madam, My Wife Have Just Done Her Pap Smear

Dear Sir/Madam, my wife have just done her Pap smear test. Comments under the Microscopic Appearance was ' Smears show superficial cells, intermediate squamous cells and endocervical cells. These are mixed with a moderate number of acute and chronic inflammatory cells.A few metaplastic squamous cells are present. No other abnormal cells are seen.'
Furthermore in brief he wrote 'Dx : Pap smear : Negative for malignancy, inflamatory change, moderate with squamous metaplasia.

Her age is 33 year's, height is 5'3" and her weight is 64 Kg. She is a mother of a 6+ year old son. Could you please tell me if there is anything alarming or can you please tell me about the treatment.
