Cyst Like Bump With White Head Which Is Popped Between Inner Thigh And Vagina. Could This Be Contagious?

Hello.. for about 8 months I have had a cyst like bump in between my inner thigh and vagina and recently it shrunk and then I noticed a white head.. one day at work I felt a moisture and later that night I noticed that it had popped.. what is/was that?? Is it contagious and should I be worried??

Hello and welcome to HCM,

I read and understood your query. What you described sounds like an infected cyst which drained out today. There is no reason to worry about one cyst.

Apply some topical antibiotics like mupirocin / fusidic acid to resolve the remaining infection.

Hope it helped.
