Cramps In Stomach, Pain In Middle Of Chest. Trapped Gas?

last night I took with the cramps in my stomach so I had to run to bathroom, then I started to get sharp pains in the middle of my chest , I could not lie on my side because it felt like my chest was crushing. I still have this today and took some Gas-x to see if it would pass but this did not work either. Would this be trapped gas

Hi,
From history it seems to be gastritis or acid reflux.
Take antispasmodic tablet like Dicycomine and Omeprazole.
If there is no improvement, go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment.
Take light diet.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
