Could Vaginal Discharge Of Blood Clots Be Miscarriage?

Hi, I have been on the contraceptive pill for the last couple months, in the last month I forgot a pill an I had sexual intercourse. I later started producing a brown substance in small amounts but it started getting heavier. It then Started to become more like a period for a day or so and I went to the bathroom later on at night as It felt very heavy. When I looked down I had produced a large clot tissue looking thing that was white and red but it wasn t like blood? It was also fairly solid. The only thing I can think of is a miscarriage? Is this what an early miscarriage is like?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with the history of hormone therapy (Contracpetive) such irregular and dysfunctonal uterine bleeding is very likely and this is not the miscarriage, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
