Could Urine Leakage During Sex Be Due To Bladder Prolapse?
I have previously had a blader sling placed and then removed due to complications. Last evening, a good amount of unrine leaked while having sex. I have had urine leak during cough, sneezing and so forth, but NEVER during sex. And now it is. Does this mean the bladder has prolapsed even more? I also have vaginal prolapse of course.

From history it seems that you might be having lax pelvic floor musculature producing prolapse.
There might be having prolapse of bladder called cystocele giving you all symptoms.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
You might require uterine and bladder prolapse repair.
Meanwhile go for pelvic floor exercise regularly.
