Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Early urination or urgency and ejaculation are not associated with each other.Your urine will need to be tested for infection.Get a urine routine and culture test, alongwith blood sugar, s.creatinine, and an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.Depending on the reports, and after a clinical examination, he/ she can decide further treatment.
