Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You have already stopped smoking 14 days back. Nicotine withdrawal last for 5-10 days. So tongue discoloration appears due to some other reason.

Causes which can lead to tongue discoloration:
-Smoking and tobacco use like in your case. It takes time for improvement in tongue color after smoking cessation.
-Vitamin deficiency
-Infection like oral candidiasis
-Leucoplakia of oral cavity

So get evaluated by physician to rule out these problem, same time remain abstinent from smoking.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
