Could There Be Tissue Damage On Injecting Bacteriostatic Water Into Cheeks?

I have been doing saline injections for facial acne scars using bacteriostatic saline. I recently mistakenly used .9% benzly alcohol bacteriostatic water 30ml in cheeks and chin. I m not having any issues other than being some swollen. I just wanted to know is there anything I need to be doing? With only this one time, should I be concerned about cell or tissue damage?
