Could There Be A Connection Between Stomach Pains And High Protein Level?

I have severe stomach pains in the area of my bile duct. Gall bladder is gone. All scans and MRI tests have been normal. Spinal tap showed extremely high levels of protein in the fluid. Could there be a connection between the stomach pains and the high protein level? Have been hospitalized several times lately with no cause found for the stomach pains.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Nicely put in the history of gall bladder removal still the pains in the same are and all investigations are normal.
But there is extreme high level of protein in the spinal tap.
This is indicative of Tuberculosis and a proper treatment of the this would relieve you of the problems you have been suffering.
Also go for CT/MRI of the spine to rule out any lytic lesion.
