Could The Pain In The Neck Be Due To Bilateral Narrowing At C3-C4?

hi my C6-C7 has 1 to 2mm bulging which narrows the ventral subarachnoid space and soft -tissue signal intensity is seen in the nasopharynx . a thornwaldt cyst is possible i have alot of moderate bilateral foraminal norrowing at C3 -C4 C4- C5 and C5-C6 MY my neck . it bad when i put my neck up or down
