Could The Normal Looking Blisters On The Private Parts Be The Skin Tags?

my boyfriend has two normal looking blisters on the inside of his legs near his private parts and is telling me they are skin tags which he has but look nothing like them I have thought for quite some time he has other woman in his life and bed as he forgets who he is talking too and lets the cat out of the bag alot I have also seen him come home sneeking into his carport we dont live together we live down the street from each other so I do get a very clear view

He might be suffering from fungal infection of groin.

Application of antifungal powder might be beneficial.
