i had my blood pressure taken today at gym at 6 pm - it was higher than normal pre exercise and resting - which perplexed me this evening when taking my shirt off there was sunburn on my upper body from this morning in my garden - would this impact my blood pressure
Sunburn is unlikely to cause high BP. Kindly get it rechecked for 2 more consecutive days. If consistently elevated, we need to evaluate and treat accordingly. If repeat readings are normal, we need not worry now, and continue regular monitoring.
