Could Spotting, Sore Breasts Despite Tubal Ligation Indicate Pregnancy?
I had a tubial location 6 years ago. I had my last period 5 weeks ago. Here today I started spotting. My boobs are bigger I have no pains just small cramping and light pink when I wipe after peeing and I took two hpts and they were negitive what should I do
At 5 weeks of pregnancy, the pregnancy test may not be reliable.
If after tubal ligation you have missed your period, you have to rule out pregnancy outside the uterine cavity; i.e. (Tubal) ectopic pregnancy.
Ectopic pregnancies do not grow and eventually cause rupture in the tube resulting in bleeding emergency. Such emergencies require surgical intervention with many units of blood transfusion.
You are having some amount of cramping with light pink bleeding. Please report to your Obstetrician to look for ectopic pregnancy.
I hope this helps you.
