General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I can understand your concern. As told by your doctor, growth of the fetus is less for the gestational age.But its never too late to take care of your health which directly reflects on fetal growth.
Following these tips will help
*Eat foods rich in iron like green leafy vegetables,Eat lot of fruits and vegetables
*Do mild exercise like walking for 20-30 mins a day
*Sleep atleast for 8 hours a day,2 hours in the afternoon and 6 hrs in the night
*Take Folic acid supplementation as prescribed by your doctor
*Get regular check ups done
Hope my advise was helpful to you.I wish good health to you and your baby.
