Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Are you in any medication ?

It seems that you may be having a heart condition such can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, changes in blood pressure.

If you are taking any medication that can cause side effects of changes in blood pressure that could be the cause.

Avoid fatty, oily, junk diet. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.

Consume low salt diet, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Exercise regularly wth Cardiologist exercise for 45 minutes a day by brisk walking.

Consult your Cardiologist regarding medical conditions like Aortic stenosis, Systemic essential hypertension etc.

Thanking you.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
