Could Sharp Pain In Head Be Related To Redness Of Eyes?

I have a sharp pain that feels like a needle pricked me in the head and also my left eye is red and watery. The pain comes and goes and can last for a few seconds but it literally feels like someone pricked me with a needle, also my eyes are a little red.
