Could Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen And Testis Be Due To Varicocele Vein?
4 years ago hydrocoel was found in left testis , then treatment was going on, then after 1 month it became atrophied. 2 years ago I started to feel pain at my lower abdomen& within the right tesis also. 2 times it was very hard to bearing, I feel small small amount of pain within for 2 or 3 hours some not.so what can I do now?

Yes it may be due to varicocoele too, but it needs to be evaluated by surgeon. Consult a general surgeon today and get evaluated and treated according to the diagnosis. It may be anything from varicocoele to testicular torsion. Needs and ultrasound of the scrotum/testes.
