I have always had very thick hair. I wash it weekly. Approx the last six weeks each time I wash it , when I gently squeeze the h20 out so comes a clump of hair I rinse off my hands and see go down the drain. I use a conditioner , after towel drying my hair, I gently brush it, My brush has a lot of hair in it like I haven t cleaned it out for weeks. I clean it daily. My G.P wants a Vit D level.? I,m confused about this? I,m on a 1500cc fluid restriction D/t Kidneys shrinking, but my Neph stated not D/T them today? Help? Used to be a nurse Mgr ,64 and lost.
