General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM
This is Dr Amit. Let me help you in this case
As per my opinion from your presentation it seems that you are having peripheral neuropathy due to anemia caused by vitamin b12 deficiency.
It can cause symptoms like tingling, burning pain in differant areas of lower limb particularly feet and fatigue.
So I will advice you to do vitamin b12 assay if you have not done and reticulocyte count to check whether vitamin b12 is in normal range or not. Meanwhile you can start taking vitamin b12 and folic acid supplements.
Feel free to ask if you have any other query
Regards
