Could Sciatic Problems Cause Loss Of Balance And Weakness In Legs?
I started to get out of my car and I could not move my legs. I had no balance, if I had been next to my car and had my hands on the door I would have fallen. I was able to use my arms and get my rear back in the seat. I set for a while and was able to drive home. I was ok after that. I have sciatic problems was that my problem?
Of you have been diagnosed with the sciatica problems in the past that the symptoms of loss of balance and weakness of legs is possible that it is due to sciatic issue.
You need to get involved in the core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static hamstring, static Quadriceps, straight leg raise exercises.
As this will help you to have good strength of the muscles and stability of the spinal column. Also an MRI will be suggested because if there is any progression of the condition in the spine we can see in the MRI and guide you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
