If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation there is possibility of pregnancy and just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding the possibility of pregnancy. During pregnancy also bleeding can be seen on expected date of periods like due to miscarriage, shedding of endometrium which is not covered by the gestational sac. So if you want to be sure please go for urine pregnancy test once. If the test gives negative result the possibility of pregnancy is less and the symptoms you are having could be due to perimenstrual hormonal imbalance, antacids and analgesics may help.
