Experiencing pain in lower righg abdomen, and pain in right testicle, both left and right spermatic tubes seem to be thick and hard, i have underwent a varicocele embolization in 2008 or 9, im 31 years old, 165lbs 6 foot tall. Can u tell me if this sou ds like a hernia or testicular torsion, they ruled all that out the first time, but soon after the procedure pain started in lowere abdomen and i have since put up with the pain, also tested sperm, and semen production, sperm was good but semen low, and a abnormal amount of morphology of sperm specimen thank u for any help u can give me.
