Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of accident (trauma) and pain starting from head to arms, from hips down to legs and numbness in hands and feet are suggestive of entrapment of nerve or nerve pinching.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment.
The spinal nerves arise from spinal cord and supply various parts of body.
The nerves arising from spinal cord in neck supply the arms and hands and the spinal nerves arising from lumbar spine supply the hips and legs supply the legs and feet.
If there is impingement of nerves, decompression will help to relieve the symptoms of pain and numbness.

Thanks and take care
