Could Pain In Chest Along With Difficulty In Breathing Be Due To Pulmonary Tuberculosis?

Hi doctors, my name is Jimmy and i have this problem of constantly chest pain and I ve been having difficulties to breath normally, its now 6weeks and no change. The last time i went to the hospital the doctors who did the testing wrote suspected PTB and was given 2 bottles of sultamicillin tablets after the treatment i got back to normal and now after 2 months down the line the same problems are back with multiple chest pains breathings... I did some research on PTB and its no good at all please advice doctor am in deep pains..

for suspected pulmonary tuberculosis you should have low grade fever, chronic persistent cough, loss of weight. overnight sputum should be positive for AFB.most cofirmative is positive sputum for AFB.
