Could Nodules On The Thyroid Gland Be Lymphoma?

I was diagnosed with Nonhodgkins Lymphoma in 2009. It was small B cell type. I had chemo from March - August. Then I had Bexxar radiation which got rid of the mass in my abdomen that the chemo hadn t affected. Now I ve been told there s some nodules on my thyroid. I am expecting a call to be scheduled for an ultrasound. Is there a chance it could be lymphoma? Thank you!

I can come back but it isn't that common. And the nodules would be a bit far from the thyroid (in the lymph nodes) . Furtherrmoer thyroid nodules are increadibly common occuring in at least 10 % of the population and much higher thatn that if you are female.
